Pricing Overview

We keep pricing straightforward so you can plan with clarity.

Sunday - Thursday:
$1000 Room Fee
$1500 Food & Beverage Minimum

Friday & Saturday:
$1500 Room Fee
$2000 Food & Beverage Minimum

  • If your Food & Beverage minimum is not met, the remaining balance will be charged to your bill.

  • The Room Fee and Food & Beverage minimum does not include NH Meals Tax of 8.5%, 20% gratuity, 8% Management Fee, or cost of labor.

  • Additional charges may be applied if our kitchen is utilized

  • A deposit equal to half of the room fee is required to secure your event date. If your event is cancelled within 30 days of the event, you forfeit the deposit. The deposit is due when the contract is signed. All other charges will be due the day of the event.

Capacity & Layout

The 801 accommodates up to 90 guests seated and 150 standing. Layouts can be adjusted depending on your event style, from presentations and seated dinners to open, social gatherings.

AV & Technical Capabilities

The space supports presentations, slideshows, and audio for events. Whether you're planning a corporate meeting, celebration, or gathering with speeches, the setup is designed to be simple and reliable.

Food & Beverage

Catering is flexible and can be tailored to your event. Options include menus from JGroup restaurants, parking for food trucks, and onsite bar. Outside catering is also allowed with licensed and insured vendors.

Bar Options

Please note that specific pricing details and bar options can be provided upon request and tailored to your event’s needs at The 801.

  • Guests can purchase their own beverages throughout the event at standard prices. The responsibility for payment lies with the individual guests.

  • Guests can enjoy an unlimited selection of drinks from our extensive menu for the duration of the event. The host(s) or event organizer would be responsible for covering the cost of the open bar.

  • Experience the best of both worlds with our partially open bar option. Guests will have access to a curated selection of complimentary drinks, while additional premium beverages can be purchased from our cash bar. For example, the partially open bar may be available from 5PM to 7PM, during which the host(s) or event organizer covers the cost of the complimentary drinks. The remainder of the night would turn into a cash bar.

Decorations

Our staff will be happy to recommend florists and décor rentals for you to use for you event. If The 801 takes on the responsibility of sourcing any equipment rentals, there will be a 20% markup on all rental charges from a local rental company of our choosing.
